Depending on how many team members you have present at the event and how large the conference is, you could make an impression on anywhere from dozens to hundreds of fellow medical professionals and key contacts at industry-leading organizations. Conferences are tremendous for learning new things and keeping up to date on studies and research in the worlds of healthcare and medicine. Some conferences will have continuing medical education (CME) sessions, and you and your team can sign up for them ahead of the event.

CES Digital Health Summit (January 7 to 10 in Las Vegas)
This conference is run by the Consumer Technology Association, an organization with a big presence in the technology industry. Each year, the CTA organizes this health summit to keep attendees informed on market trends, new technologies, and more.
ViVE 2025 (February 16 to 19 in Nashville)
ViVE is a digital health conference that is run by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and HLTH (an organization that puts on multiple medical conferences each year). This year at ViVE, the list of speakers includes individuals from OpenAI, Microsoft, the Mayo Clinic, and more, all covering a wide variety of digital health topics.
GU ASCO* (February 13 to 15 in San Francisco)
The GU ASCO conference focuses on everything around genitourinary cancers. The conference features interactive research and education sessions, presentations of novel science and treatments, opportunities to meet and speak with some of the world’s top researchers in this field, and more.
PharmaFWD Summit Series* (March 20 in Toronto)
The 2025 conference will mark the third annual PharmaFWD. It is a pharma marketing summit “created by marketers for marketers.” The conference will cover a number of topics, including emerging trends and innovations that will shape the upcoming years in pharma, AI in pharma and how it can be applied in marketing, and more.
Canadian Dermatology Association conference* (June 18 to 21 in Halifax)
The 100th annual CDA conference is set to be as impactful as ever. The conference features education sessions run by leaders in dermatology and medicine, those attending will be updated on the latest research and developments in dermatology, and there will be extensive networking opportunities for everyone involved.
CUA 2025* (June 27 to 29 in Ottawa)
2025 will be the Canadian Urological Association’s 80th annual meeting – an impressive and important milestone. The CUA’s conference always offers excellent networking opportunities for those present, and there is plenty to be learned from the many knowledgeable speakers, presenters, and researchers in attendance.
ESMO Congress* (October 17 to 21 in Berlin)
