Brodie is committed to advancing patient care by translating complex scientific concepts into clear, practical insights for healthcare professionals. With a strong background in science and a passion for effective communication, she ensures that medical initiatives such as educational programs, learning materials, and regulatory documents are accurate, relevant, and impactful.
She earned her BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Trent University and completed her PhD at the University of Guelph. Her graduate research focused on the cognitive effects of Parkinson’s disease, specifically targeting the misfolded protein alpha-synuclein for degradation through ubiquitin variant induced proximity.
Outside of work, Brodie enjoys volunteering in her community, playing volleyball, baking, camping, and spending time with her dogs, Timber and Summit.
