Josée works collaboratively to lead the strategic direction and operations of the team, ensuring client objectives are met with precision, creativity and a high standard of excellence. With a dynamic and client-first approach, Josée is dedicated to building and maintaining strong partnerships. Her day-to-day responsibilities include leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, strategic oversight of projects and driving growth and performance of the team.

Josée’s expertise is firmly rooted in science, holding both a BSc from Bishop’s University and an MSc from McMaster University. Her career began as a medical writer, giving her a multifaceted understanding of the role of an agency partner.

Outside of work, you’ll find Josée hanging out with her husband and two pups in Guelph, ON, watching the Philadelphia Eagles on TV (or in Philly!), or practicing the drums.
