Joseph Duz

Decisive, perceptive 

As an Executive Board Member since 2022, Joe works directly with CTC management and employees. In his role, his goal is to provide guidance as a former owner of the business, an experienced client facing professional, and a continuous acquirer of both business knowledge and customer insight.

Joe established CTC in 1996 with business partner Mike Farley. Mike was responsible for corporate governance and Joe was responsible for establishing the company’s presence in the Canadian Medical Education landscape. In this role, he created the foundation for CTC’s business activities with Canada’s leading pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical companies. When Mike stepped aside in 2010, Joe became the President of CTC and continued in this role until 2022, which included in 2021, CTC’s celebration of 25 years as an established and well-respected partner to its large client base.

On a personal level, Joe spends a considerable amount of his time outside of CTC as an active participant, coach and executive member of multiple non-profit sports organizations.
