Marcelo’s role is to ensure CTC’s multidisciplinary team works collectively to create creative and engaging digital solutions that best fit client’s and healthcare professional's needs. Constantly looking into processes and personnel improvements, Marcelo acts as a leader to ensure the digital team achieves specific goals and key performance indicators over short, mid, and long terms.
Marcelo has worked with digital teams for over 20 years, both as a User Interface-User Experience (UI-UX) Designer and as a Digital Team-Leader, and his focus has been the pharmaceutical industry for the last several years. Following top-notch trends while bringing innovative and creative thinking to new solutions, Marcelo’s primary focus is leading the digital team to always create user-friendly, intuitive, and pleasant-to-use products.
Marcelo has a bachelor’s in Digital Design and has a master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from the Unicid University in Brazil. He has also given a series of workshops about “UX to Pharma Companies” and “User-Centric Design” to Pharma teams around the world.
In his free time, Marcelo is a writer and a musician.
