Marcelo is dedicated to ensuring that content aligns seamlessly with design to enhance user experience and foster connections with clients, healthcare professionals, and patients. He consistently seeks to improve processes and personnel, leading the creative team to meet specific goals and key performance indicators across short, medium, and long-term timelines.

With over 20 years of experience in design, Marcelo has served as both a User Interface-User Experience (UI-UX) Designer and an Art Director, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry in recent years. By staying abreast of cutting-edge trends and incorporating innovation and creative thinking, Marcelo guides the creative team to deliver solutions that are user-friendly, intuitive, visually appealing, and enjoyable to use.

Marcelo holds a master's degree in Marketing and Communications and a bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Unicid University, in Brazil.  He has also conducted a series of workshops on "UX for Pharma Companies" and "User-Centric Design" for pharmaceutical teams worldwide.

In his free time, Marcelo is both a writer and a musician.
