Nitin Gaikwad

Vice President, Strategy and Operations

Listener, thinker

Nitin’s role encompasses envisioning, planning for and executing CTC’s strategy from a perspective of growth areas to play in, and key digital capabilities to add.

This is flamed by a passion to conceptualize and build digital solutions that address medical education and engagement goals of customers and clients, alike.

For over 18 years, Nitin has worked in roles across strategy, marketing and business model innovation for large bio-pharma organizations and healthcare startups, as a client and as a solutions provider. His area of expertise lies in envisioning the commercial journey of a solution/ product-idea, evaluating business models (digital + offline) that will steer it along, planning and mobilizing resources to ensure that the pre-defined business goals are met.

Nitin is a graduate of the University of Pune, India in Microbiology, and an MBA in Marketing and Biotechnology from the same University. He has also completed a specialized program in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, India.

When not at work, Nitin enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing the djembe, an African drum. He lives with his wife, Avipsha, in Toronto.
