Sundar’s role encompasses a comprehensive understanding of project scopes, leading to the seamless execution of successful medical communications projects. He comprehends statements of work, crafts work breakdown structures, establishes project timelines, generates weekly project updates, and serves as the vital link between the internal project team. Sundar also performs risk analysis on a regular basis to make sure any project risks are mitigated to maintain project momentum. He keeps all internal stakeholders informed of project statuses, and actively contributes to resource planning.

Sundar is a CAPM-Certified Associate in Project Management with 4.5+ years of experience in the project management field. He also holds a master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, Boston, USA.

In his free time, Sundar loves to go on hikes with his two Alaskan Malamutes, get creative with woodworking and cook delicious meals.
