As an integral member of the ICE (Impact, Collaboration, and Engagement) function at CTC, Thalie thrives in supporting the Accounts Success teams. She manages participant recruitment communications for both live and virtual events, supports the administration of Other Learning Activity (OLA) programs, oversees contracting, and helps maintain the vibrant CTC meetings calendar. 

With a solid foundation in medical communications and meeting logistics, Thalie specializes in delivering seamless, tailored solutions for both client and corporate events, whether in-person or virtually. Her keen attention to detail and unwavering support contribute to ensuring the best possible experience for all stakeholders, at every level. 

Thalie holds a BFA in Art History with honors from Concordia University. Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature (on land and in water) and pampering her fluffy Norwegian Forest cat. A passionate advocate for aromatherapy, she uses it to stay balanced in both her personal and professional life.
