Umama Siddiqi, HBSc

Medical Lead

Collaborative, diligent

Umama’s role involves collaborating with healthcare industry partners and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive medical education content tailored towards a diverse range of healthcare professionals. Specific content including research articles, medical training and learning materials, and regulatory documents are created to help deliver accurate, evidence-based, and impactful medical education programs.

Equipped with an HBSc in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto, and soon to be PhD in Molecular Genetics also from the University of Toronto, Umama brings a lot of expertise from the fields of molecular biology and infectious disease, to aid in her passion of medical and science communication. Outside of work, her current hobbies include learning programming, attending fitness dance classes, and watching Ted Talks.
