How a biotech company delivered their post-congress update to a national virtual audience using hologram technology within 10 days

The Challenge

Our client had a challenge which centered around the need to disseminate valuable content from an international congress to a diverse audience of healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Canada. The task was to deliver the key takeaways and insights to those who were unable to attend the congress in person in an engaging and accessible manner.

The Solution

CTC worked with two Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop a post-congress highlight that delivered accurate and relevant content to a community of HCPs across Canada. The KOLs earmarked important updates ahead of the congress and regrouped post-congress to review the material that was presented. In partnership with the KOLs, CTC crafted a concise slide deck tailored for a nationwide audience.

To set this program apart from others, CTC and the KOLs harnessed cutting-edge hologram technology to create an unprecedented presentation experience. Utilizing lifelike holographic representations of the KOLs, they not only conveyed the essential updates but also engaged with the virtual national audience in an innovative and captivating manner.
