Revolutionizing Schizophrenia Education: How 1 OLA was customized for different audiences

The Challenge

A global pharma leader in the field of schizophrenia management required an educational initiative tailored to the unique learning needs of diverse healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacists, and family physicians. They required a single educational program that could be easily customized with specific content, delivery methods, and learning objectives tailored to the needs of the audience of each individual learning program that they hosted.

The Solution

CTC’s modular other learning activity (OLA) provided a unique opportunity to create a custom, interactive, and engaging learning program that supported a diverse series of programs for HCPs. The program consisted of 6 modules created by a team of 5 KOLs in the field of schizophrenia care and management. Each module explored a unique topic central to the care of individuals living with schizophrenia and contained 8-10 slides, one 3 minute video, and a case study with reflective questions. Each module and each component of each module could be used alone, or in combination with other modules and components, depending on the specific learning needs of the audience.
